I tried to make it a good morning but...

my yoga workout was much more Worrier than Warrior.

  1. You need to figure out how to empty the Monkey Mind. Look into Fussion Gym at 12th and Sansom. They have, or did at one time, a free Sunday meditation session. It was one of the nicest most mind-freeing hours I had, though it was very hard to not think, and not be the worrier!

  2. I never heard it put "empty the Monkey Mind", but that is what I need. I went to one free guided meditation at Ease Studios at 15th & Walnut last month. I agree, it was much easier to concentrate in a space away from clutter and distractions and most importantly, having a soothing voice talk you into meditation.
